Welcome to ContentCreator.Monster. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. By accessing our website, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must create an account to use most features on our platform. When you register, you must provide true and accurate information. This includes your name, email address, school affiliation, grade level, and teaching subject.

New accounts enter an unverified state. You must verify your email address to unlock our free features. You are entirely responsible for keeping your login password secure.

2. Tiered Access and Feature Usage

Our platform offers different features based on your membership level:

• Guests and Free Users: You can browse our media index and watch video streams through embedded players. Free accounts can also submit custom video ideas to our general queue.
• Paid Premium Users: Premium members receive priority processing for video requests. Premium members also receive direct access to our secure storage vault to cache files locally.

You agree to use all files, downloads, and video links exclusively for classroom and instructional purposes. You may not distribute, resell, or share vault files outside of your school activities.

3. Video Request Triage and Development

When you request a custom video, your prompt enters our database queue. Our administrative team reviews each concept before moving it into active development. We retain full editorial control over the style, script, and production of all compiled media.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a video will be built. Our team may reject submissions that lack clear educational goals or contain inappropriate material.

4. Account Deletion and Data Retention

We respect your privacy right to erasure. You can request to delete your account permanently inside your profile dashboard at any time.

To keep our curriculum catalog running smoothly for all teachers, deleting your account will not remove your past video requests. Instead, our system completely strips out your personal information. Your requests will remain active under an anonymized name so our developers can finish building the lessons.

5. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

All paid memberships are handled securely through Stripe Checkout. Subscription plans renew automatically on a recurring schedule based on your choice of monthly or annual billing.

You can manage your payment info or cancel your plan at any time by clicking the Stripe Customer Portal link inside your account profile. If you cancel, your premium access will stay active until the end of your current paid billing period.

6. Modifications to Service

We update our code and change platform features regularly to make the service better. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our platform at any time. We will notify you about important rules changes by posting an update notice directly on this page.
