Privacy Policy

At ContentCreator.Monster, we care about your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.
Information We Collect
When you sign up for an account, we collect a few basic details to help us customize your experience. We collect your name, email address, and school affiliation. We also ask for your main teaching subject, your grade level, your preferred video presentation style, and your preferred video type.
If you purchase a paid subscription, your payment details are processed directly through Stripe Checkout. We do not store your credit card details on our local web servers.
How We Use Your Information
We use your profile data to make our content request form faster and easier to fill out. The system automatically uses your saved subjects and styles to pre-fill options. We also use your email address to verify your account, send you secure password reset tools, and message you the moment our development team finishes building your custom video.
Cookies and State Privacy Rules
We use simple tracking cookies to keep you logged into your account and to remember your platform settings. We feature a cookie notice banner at the bottom of our pages. This layout ensures full data compliance with strict privacy standards across all United States territories, including the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Data Erasure and Request Anonymization
You possess the complete right to erase your account data at any time. You can trigger this permanent account deletion tool right inside your user profile settings panel.
When you execute an account deletion, we immediately remove all identifying credentials from our system, including your name and email address. However, to preserve system consistency for our teaching community, your past video prompts will not be purged. Instead, we completely scrub your personal record index and attach the prompts to a generic placeholder name, which displays safely as an Anonymized User.
Data Security Protection
We use secure connection models and database systems to reduce the chance of data mining leaks. Your system passwords are saved using data hashing algorithms so they can never be read by outside sources. We audit our access logs regularly to protect your classroom data items.
Note: No system is completely safe, regarless of who created it, or manages it. But we take our best efforts to ensure your data is as protected as possible. That's why we don't ask for, nor would we ever, ask for data not relevant to running our site for you.
Data Protection
Our platform privacy systems keep your credentials under close protection. We run clean, lightweight queries to give you complete power over your information profiles.
